Position Title: Accounting Clerk
Position Type: Regular Full-time
Location: Irvine, CA

 

Education and Experience:

 

  • Associate Degree in Accounting required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred)

 

Required Experience:

 

  • Minimum of 6 months work experience with QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
  • Experience with bank reconciliation and tracking credit card transaction
  • Experience with Account Payable and Receivables
  • Experience in generating Purchase Orders, receiving and processing vendor’s invoices
